Everyone over 18 that will be residing in the property must fill out an application. Application can be delivered to our office, or e-mailed to us at susanvillerentals@gmail.com. Please return your application with proof of all sources of income and most recent pay stubs. Due to the high volume of inquires, properties are only shown once applications are on file. If you are applying for a property that excepts pets please bring in proof of vaccinations. There is a $25 credit and background check fee that we collect once your basic information is verified.
